New specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law

We are pleased to be able to expand our range of legal advice: Dr Peukert-Reents, a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law, joined the LW·P Lüders Warneboldt team in the spring.

The construction industry is a key economic sector in which legal issues can determine the success of the entire project at an early stage. Expertise in private and public construction law

Dr Peukert-Reents advises and represents construction companies, clients, architects and investors in all phases of construction projects – both in and out of court. His particular expertise lies in public building regulations and construction planning law.

He also advises on property law issues relating to project development and property transactions.

With Dr Peukert-Reents, we are strengthening the interdisciplinary approach of our law firm with another highly specialised area of law.
