Whistleblower Reporting Centre

With our whistleblower reporting centre, LW-P Lüders Warneboldt offers all employees and external parties the opportunity to report possible violations of legal provisions and internal guidelines within the framework of the Whistleblower Protection Act § 2. This includes violations of statutory occupational health and safety regulations, the Minimum Wage Act, anti-money laundering regulations, product safety, road safety, environmental protection, data protection and competition law, etc. You are protected from discrimination and/or reprisals under this scheme, you do not have to disclose your identity and can insist on anonymity.

Our internal liaison officer, Alexander von List, will then deal with your report. You will receive confirmation that the report has been received within seven days. Within three months of confirmation of receipt of the report at the latest, you will be informed of any follow-up measures planned or already taken and the reasons for these.
