Tim Hansmann is a lawyer and defence lawyer specialising in white-collar criminal law.
He represents entrepreneurs in commercial criminal proceedings and in tax disputes. His work includes disputes with the tax authorities, in particular in tax audits or voluntary declarations exempting from prosecution.
