After training as a tax clerk and studying business administration (B.A.), Mr Nicolaysen gained valuable experience as an assistant tax consultant in a tax firm and later at a Big Four company in the Tax Reporting & Strategy department.
He was appointed as a tax consultant in 2020 and joined Lüders Warneboldt Steuerberatung in 2022. He has been head of department since 2025 and advises medium-sized companies on structuring tax advice and preparing annual financial statements, including tax declarations. He also specialises in tax compliance management systems (Tax CMS).
