Oliver Warneboldt is Managing Partner in the tax and auditing department. He has systematically and continuously expanded these areas at LW-P Lüders Warneboldt.
He specialises in active tax consulting for medium-sized companies and corporate groups. Among other things, he advises on tax structuring and project consulting for company succession, company acquisitions and sales, reorganisations and transformations.
He also specialises in the preparation and auditing of individual and consolidated financial statements, company valuations and restructuring and reorganisation advice.
As a specialist consultant for corporate succession with a Master’s degree in International Taxation, he offers tailor-made solutions to optimise his clients’ tax and business situations.
He has particular expertise in advising in the healthcare sector and is responsible for advising around 20,000 care beds throughout Germany.
