Hinrich Renken has been with LW-P Lüders Warneboldt since 1996. He has built up the business administration department (controlling) and helped it to achieve continuous growth.

There are currently 5 employees working on business management issues. One of his main areas of specialisation is comprehensive business management support in the health care sector, including care rate and investment cost calculations and negotiations.

Before joining the company, he worked as a controller and auditor in the business administration department of an agricultural trade group in Hildesheim.
