Franziska Gassel is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for labour law at Lüders Rechtsanwälte PartmbB.

She advises medium-sized companies on all legal issues relating to labour law. Franziska Gassel’s focus is not only on assisting with matters relating to the employment relationship that are already in dispute. She also advises entrepreneurs on the future-oriented (re)structuring of personnel regulations in order to consolidate existing employees and to attract skilled labour in Germany and abroad.

Franziska Gassel also advises care facilities and care services on issues relating to care home law, in particular on the drafting of legally effective remuneration increase letters (WBVG).
