Felix Strache

Lawyer

Felix Strache has been a lawyer at Lüders Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB since 2018, where he specialises in commercial and corporate law with a focus on contract drafting.

He advises medium-sized entrepreneurs on the drafting and review of corporate and commercial contracts in a business context as well as on the restructuring of companies and M&A projects. He also advises start-ups as a legal coach on start-up projects, financing rounds and general questions regarding the legal structure of their business models.

Prior to joining Lüders Rechtsanwälte, he worked as a lawyer in an interdisciplinary, medium-sized law firm on Lake Constance since the beginning of 2009, where he mainly advised medium-sized companies in the DACH region on various contractual matters (including as an external legal department), M&A transactions and restructurings as well as the implementation of IT and data protection projects.

Drafting and reviewing contracts in the area of commercial and corporate law as well as general commercial law to regulate internal and external legal relationships (including intercompany agreements, B2B / B2C contracts)
Legal advice to shareholders and managing directors as well as drafting and reviewing articles of association and managing director service contracts, determining the status of managing directors under social security law
