Dr Neumann is a partner of Lüders Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for tax law.

As part of his tax-centred expertise, he advises medium-sized companies and their shareholders, particularly in the area of internal and external corporate succession and the restructuring of corporate groups. He also assists with complex tax audits and tax investigations in a national and international context and conducts proceedings before the fiscal courts up to the Federal Fiscal Court.

In addition to his work at LW-P, Dr Neumann also holds the office of notary public in Hanover. Due to his work as a lawyer, he specialises in corporate and inheritance law.

Before joining LW-P Lüders Warneboldt, Dr Neumann worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Tax, Middle Market division and – subsequently – for a medium-sized law and tax consultancy firm.
