Dr Christoph Lüders is Managing Director of Lüders Warneboldt Unternehmensberatung GmbH and regional partner of VRNB NachfolgeBeratung.

He advises medium-sized entrepreneurs on the realisation of successions in the context of company sales. His expertise lies in the structuring and implementation of M&A transactions as well as the valuation of companies and business models.
Before joining LW-P Lüders Warneboldt, he worked as an investment controller and M&A project manager for the holding company of the Oetker Group. He is also involved as a mentor for start-ups in the Hafven Impact Accelerator in Hanover.

Part-time legal studies specialising in “Business Law and Restructuring” at the Westfälische Wilhems University in Münster (LL.M.).
In-service training to become a Certified Valuation Analyst(EACVA/NACVA).
Worked for several years as assistant to the CFO of the Oetker Group and as investment controller for the holding company. Responsible for sales and earnings reporting of business segments with a cumulative sales volume > €2bn.
Project leadership and project management in several M&A transactions, both on the buyer and seller side (sales volume of the projects €20 million to >€100 million).
