Betül Gencer is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for tax law at Lüders Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB.

She defends entrepreneurs in white-collar criminal proceedings, with a particular focus on criminal tax proceedings. As a specialist lawyer for tax law, she has the necessary expertise for contentious tax proceedings, accompanies tax audits and conducts extrajudicial and judicial appeal proceedings up to the Federal Fiscal Court.
She is also the contact person for the Turkish Desk and advises on trade relations between Turkey and Germany.
Before joining LW-P Lüders Warneboldt, she was a public prosecutor at the public prosecutor’s office in Göttingen.
