Important decisions need legal certainty. Our notary’s office will assist you with company formations, company law contracts, inheritances and property transactions. We ensure reliable implementation and advice that is tailored to your specific needs. For entrepreneurs and medium-sized companies in particular, it is essential to plan ahead – we can help you with this.

Real estate

We draft and notarise purchase contracts for you for all types of property. If you want to divide a property into condominiums, we can advise you as well as on property donations. We have extensive experience in the establishment and transfer of heritable building rights.

Companies, societies & associations

Notarial assistance is essential for the formation, restructuring or dissolution of companies. Whether a GmbH, AG or association – the notary draws up and notarises articles of association, articles of incorporation and commercial register applications and ensures that your business decisions are legally flawless.

Inheritance & gifts

If you want to pass on your assets in a targeted manner, you need a legally secure structure. The notary advises on wills, inheritance contracts and gifts and ensures clear and binding regulations. In this way, disputes can be avoided and your last will and testament will be reliably implemented.

Notarial precautionary measures

With a health care proxy, living will and care directive, you can ensure that your interests are protected even in an emergency. The notary will help you to make clear and legally secure arrangements to safeguard your self-determination and relieve the burden on relatives.

Marriage and family

Whether a marriage contract, divorce settlement agreement or adoption – notarised deeds offer clarity and security in family law matters. The notary will help you to organise your personal life situation in a fair and future-proof way.

Notarisations

Notarisations confirm the authenticity of signatures and documents and are often a prerequisite for official or business transactions. The notary checks and notarises your documents so that they are legally recognised and can be used safely.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions for notaries

Notaries have the task of notarising legal transactions, drawing up contracts and other documents with legal certainty and verifying the identity of the parties involved. They ensure that both parties fully understand the content and consequences of a contract or agreement and provide neutral advice on legal issues.

Notaries must fulfil certain requirements, including a degree in law, passing two state examinations and a specialist notarial examination, and they must also have 5 years of professional experience. They must also be appointed to the office and be a member of a chamber of notaries.

The notary fees are based on the GNotKG. Depending on the value of the transaction, these are calculated using a table.
