We work in an interdisciplinary manner to develop perspectives and solutions for SMEs – with expertise, vision and practical relevance.

Legal advice

Tax (criminal) law
Nobody likes to pay more tax than they have to. German tax law is complicated and offers many loopholes. We have extensive expertise in tax law. We are happy to advise you on projects, represent you before the tax courts or in your defence in criminal tax proceedings and represent your legal and economic interests vis-à-vis the tax authorities.

Company acquisition law
We provide you with legal advice on company acquisitions, sales and all other transactions. Our day-to-day business includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts and carrying out acquisition audits. We also represent you in disputes if contractual obligations are not honoured.

Real estate law
Property and taxes are a broad and often unfamiliar topic, especially for the owner of a property with regard to the possibilities of structuring. We create optimal tax conditions for property investments, whether in the context of a purchase or sale or also in the creation of additional potential for depreciation of property in private assets.

Labour law
The focus of our work in labour law lies in the ongoing advice and representation of companies. The focus is on labour law issues relating to the restructuring, sale and transformation of companies. We are experts in drafting all types of employment law agreements, negotiating the amicable settlement of disputes between employers and employees and representing clients in labour court disputes.

Contract law
As an interdisciplinary commercial law firm, we have many years of expertise in drafting and reviewing all types of contracts relevant to your company. From shareholder agreements to purchase and rental agreements for real estate to agency agreements, we draft customised contracts.

Insolvency law
Our expertise in insolvency law includes advising companies with regard to contractual partners threatened with insolvency and advising shareholders and managing directors vis-à-vis (provisional) insolvency administrators in the context of (provisional) insolvency proceedings.
