We carry out the voluntary or statutory audit of your individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the latest professional standards. We use state-of-the-art software and analysis tools. We do not see the audit as the fulfilment of a legal obligation, but want to create added value for you. We focus on your business model and strategy and discuss the findings of the audit in detail – on an equal footing with you and from SME to SME.

Today, corporate reporting does not consist exclusively of traditional financial reporting. Rather, non-financial reporting content is increasingly required both nationally and internationally. Greater sustainability and less climate change – achieving these goals is one of the greatest social and economic challenges of our time. We therefore see this topic as an important part of our work and carry out audits of sustainability reports in accordance with CSRD , taking into account the current professional standards.

We carry out the valuation of companies for you for various reasons. This may involve the preparation of company valuation reports in accordance with current standards (IDW S 1) or purchase price indications in a transaction process. In addition, we prepare appraisals to analyse and optimise your financing structure as well as restructuring appraisals in accordance with current standards (IDW S 6). We use modern analysis tools in our work and always act individually and personally

We carry out due diligence audits (finance, law and tax) for youas part of your company purchase or sale process. Experienced and usually interdisciplinary teams from the fields of law, tax and auditing work closely with you. We report on the results of our work to the extent you require. Our aim is to give you greater certainty in your decisions in the transaction process – in a personalised and SME-oriented manner.

The Independent Business Review (IBR) is an informal independent opinion on the state of a company. It is often requested by banks in order to obtain a clearer picture if the customer’s financial situation is not beyond all doubt. As an independent service provider, we can carry out an IBR or other creditworthiness and debt service capability checks for you.

As a service for insolvency administrators and companies in insolvency, we offer cash audits, final account audits and other audits in insolvency proceedings. We work with experienced teams and maintain the necessary independence. We also advise creditors’ committees and – usually on an interdisciplinary basis – entrepreneurs in the pre-insolvency phase.

We carry out special audits under stock corporation law as well as general or special audits under accounting law. In addition, we carry out audits in accordance with the German Real Estate Agent and Property Developer Ordinance (MaBV) and foundation and merger audits. A special audit is the embezzlement audit. Here we often act on behalf of the controlling and management bodies of a company. Embezzlement audits are not part of a normal audit.
