We provide you with personal and structured support from the first contact until you join us. Our aim is not only to make it easier for you to get started, but also to give you the security of being part of a committed and supportive team.

Selection process

And then it goes on: We check your application to see if it matches our vacancies. When we invite you to an interview (digital or in person), you already have a foot in the door with us. Here you will usually get to know your line manager and our HR manager. You will also get a first impression of your possible future workplace and the friendly colleagues on site. For some of our positions, we will organise a further introductory interview during which you will get to know your future team even better. If you get the thumbs up from all sides, we will make you a contract offer promptly and your time at LW-P will begin.

Your start with us

To ensure that you have the best possible start at LW-P Lüders Warneboldt, we will first introduce you briefly on our intranet. On your first day, we will welcome you personally, show you around the office and introduce you to your new colleagues. A small welcome gift will then be waiting for you to open at your modern workstation. Your personal mentor will then accompany you through the first weeks and months by means of a structured familiarisation plan. The welcome seminar for new employees and two feedback meetings also take place during this time, so that we can guarantee you a smooth and seamless induction. The feedback meetings provide the basis for our regular annual and development meetings.
