Commitment

As a company from the Hanover region, we feel closely connected to our home and its community. Whether by supporting local initiatives, sustainable projects or promoting our employees – we take responsibility. Our commitment is as diverse as the people who work for us, and it reflects our conviction that together we can really make a difference.

01 –

Christmas
donation

Every year at Christmas, we ask our employees to take part in a survey to decide which social projects we can support. This ensures that our donations go where they are needed most and that our teams are actively involved.

02 –

Impact through movement

With our “Summitree” programme, we get our employees moving and make a contribution to environmental protection at the same time. For every kilometre “walked”, we plant trees in a local reforestation project. In this way, we not only promote the health of our teams, but also the forest of the future.

03 –

Promotion of junior staff

As a member of VFS Hannover (Verein zur Förderung der Steuerrechtswissenschaft an der Leibniz Universität Hannover e.V.), we are strongly committed to the training and support of young professionals. In addition, we act as mentors at Hafven Hannover and thus support start-ups with our expertise. Regular participation in information events such as the IHK start-up week is of course also part of this.

04 –

Art is beautiful

Our membership of the Kunstverein enables us to actively promote the local cultural and artistic scene. After all, cultural diversity and creative forms of expression are essential for a vibrant environment.

05 –

HLB network events

Together with the HLB law firm network, we regularly organise events such as Communities Day, company runs and business meetings. As part of these events, we donate money to social organisations and people in need. In this way, together with our partners, we make a positive impact on society.

06 –

Sustainability in everyday life

Sustainability is a central component of our daily activities. We have planted bee-friendly flowers on our roof terrace, use Fairtrade and regional products, and rely on recycled paper and digitalised processes to minimise our ecological footprint. These measures demonstrate our commitment to sustainable and responsible corporate governance.

References and network

Complex requirements demand diverse perspectives and this is precisely what makes our network so strong. Our work is as diverse as the clients we support – from regional craft businesses to international companies. As part of the global HLB International network, we offer you access to a worldwide pool of expertise and resources. This interdisciplinary co-operation enables us to solve complex requirements flexibly and competently. We combine global expertise with our deep regional roots. These synergies enable us to create innovative solutions that not only last today, but also tomorrow. Our references speak for themselves: with customised concepts and a partnership-based approach, we create real added value. Take a look at our projects and see the strength of our network for yourself.

Interdisciplinary. International. Highly personalised.

We rely on professional partnerships to provide our clients with the best possible support for international and interdisciplinary issues. As an HLB member, we are part of a strong network of independent, medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firms.

With around 48,000 employees in 157 countries and over 1,000 locations worldwide, HLB offers us access to in-depth expertise and cross-border exchange. This connection strengthens our day-to-day work: we can provide flexible and highly personalised advice – and at the same time draw on international expertise when it matters.

What is particularly important to us is that the HLB partners worldwide are united by more than just common standards. We are united by our attitude of treating people as equals, taking responsibility and developing customised solutions – always with an interdisciplinary approach and a sound technical basis.

Purchase & sale of care facilities as part of structured sales processes

LW-P Lüders Warneboldt has proven expertise in supporting the sale and purchase of inpatient and outpatient care facilities. Important factors in this segment are, in particular, the fulfilment of the specialist staff quota, capacity utilisation and remuneration rates. A customised strategy based on best practices and in-depth knowledge of the sector enables suitable investors to be found who will secure the continued existence of the business and guarantee the long-term future of the facility.

Care rate negotiations: securing long-term success through regular negotiations

So that you can concentrate on your tasks and be there for those in need of care, whether in outpatient, partial or full inpatient care, we take over the care rate negotiations for you. By evaluating and analysing your figures, we negotiate the prospective values with the cost bearers. This ensures that the level of fees covers the costs of refinancing your care facility. Our aim is to bring about a successful conclusion for you.

Annual & consolidated financial statement audits with added value

We carry out the voluntary or statutory audit of your individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the latest professional standards. We use state-of-the-art software and analysis tools. We do not see the audit as the fulfilment of a legal obligation, but want to create added value for you. We focus on your business model and strategy and discuss the findings of the audit in detail – on an equal footing with you and from SME to SME.

Tax-optimised sales structures

Creating tax-optimised sales structures is crucial for the economic success of your M&A projects. Our team of tax advisors knows your initial situation, analyses your sales process and identifies potential for tax optimisation. We therefore develop targeted solutions that combine tax advantages and operational efficiency. By implementing suitable structures, you can then reduce your tax burden and ultimately increase profitability.
